Joanne Kelsey has joined Anthem Entertainment’s Royalties & Administration team as Vice President, Royalties & Administration, reporting to Al Pedecine, EVP & CFO. In her new role, Kelsey will be responsible for overseeing both the publishing and master royalty administration departments. Based in New York, Kelsey comes from Royalty Solutions Corp (VP, Licensing & Royalties) where she oversaw the tracking, processing, distribution, and analysis of foreign and domestic publishing royalties. Kelsey has 20+ years of industry experience including holding the positions of VP, Publishing Administration & Royalties at Razor & Tie Music Publishing, and in licensing at TUTM Entertainment, EMI Music, N.A., and the Harry Fox Agency.

In addition to this appointment, Kelsey has announced key leadership promotions reporting to her.
Tanya Van Luven is promoted to Senior Manager, Client Services leading the Client Service Team across Anthem’s Music Publishing and Production Music divisions. Van Luven worked in areas of Artist Services and Management at Warner Music Canada and Eggplant Entertainment, and led marketing initiatives and sync placements within the independent video game space at Pop Sandbox, prior to joining Anthem in July 2017.
Tom Leighton is promoted to Senior Director, Digital & Registrations. With over a decade of industry experience in both publishing and recorded music, Leighton has extensive knowledge of the global music business, royalty collections, and technology platforms. During his 8 years at Anthem Entertainment, he has worked closely across industry stakeholders to license DSPs and maximize royalty collections on behalf of songwriters and artists.
Paul Fautley is promoted to Senior Manager, Client Onboarding & Analysis. Fautley joined Anthem Entertainment in 2016 as a Client Service Manager. Having spent time as a songwriter and producer, as well as on the Membership team at SOCAN, he brought enthusiasm and passion to his role at Anthem. In April 2018, Fautley joined the Business Development team at Anthem and provided support and proficiency throughout the deal-making process.
Michael Greaves is promoted to Senior Manager, Revenue & Income Tracking. Greaves will be leading the Royalty Processing and Income Tracking Team across Anthem’s Music Publishing and Production Music divisions. Greaves joined Anthem Entertainment in December 2009 as a Client Services Manager.
Two additional promotions within Royalties & Administration have also been announced.
Siddhant FNU is promoted to Senior Manager, Label Royalties & Digital, reporting to Leighton. He is a music distribution and royalties specialist with 7 years of experience in rights management and record label business in the US, Canada, and India. He joined Anthem in 2020. While working with royalty reporting and digital distribution, he has been driven to deliver administrative and procedural efficiencies.
Julie Carpenter is promoted to Team Lead, Royalties & Administration, reporting to Greaves. Carpenter joined the Anthem team in Los Angeles in 2013 as Catalog Manager for Musicbox. She has also composed music for several of Anthem’s Production Music Libraries before transitioning to the royalties team.
