Interscope Geffen A&M Records has promoted Brigitte Green to the position of Senior Vice President Film & TV Licensing at the label. In her expanded role Green will continue to oversee the placement of music from the label’s artists in film, television, trailers and promos.

Green joined Interscope in 2018 as Vice President of Creative Licensing. Over the last five years, she and her team have been responsible for hundreds of needle-moving synch placements in top movies and television shows, creating opportunities for the label’s artists and helping to advance their careers in the process. Prior to joining Interscope, Green was Vice President of licensing at Beggars Group. She began her career working at WH Entertainment.
More recently at Interscope, during the pandemic, Green and her team hosted a hugely popular weekly virtual meetup for the film and television music community called “Hippy Dippy Hang,” at which artists interact with the top music supervisors from the studios, networks, trailer houses and independent music supervision community. At each weekly “Hippy Dippy Hang,” artists such as FINNEAS, 6LACK, Moneybagg Yo, Tierra Whack, Kacey Musgraves, Imagine Dragons, Role Model and many others interfaced with the film and television community. The series has now returned to regular meetings in real life.
“Brigitte and her team’s work representing our artists’ music to the film and television creative community has provided important exposure and visibility to our artists, helping them expand their fan bases and grow their careers,” said Steve Berman, Vice Chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M. “During the pandemic her weekly meetups became an important way for our company and our artists to be woven into the fabric of the creative community. I’m thrilled that she will continue to contribute in this new expanded role.”
“Working at IGA alongside a group of incredibly talented executives and being fortunate enough to partner with our exceptional artists and their teams, all while working closely with the film and television community has been a dream come true,” said Green. “I look forward to continuing to collaborate with the creative community to bring our amazing music to new audiences.”
