iHeartMedia Raleigh announced today that Nick Jordan has been named Afternoon Show Host and Assistant Program Director for B93.9, Raleigh’s #1 For New Country and Your All Time Favorites, effective immediately. Jordan will broadcast weekdays from 3pm-7pm.

As the station’s Afternoon Show Host, Jordan will discuss the latest entertainment news and trends in country music and pop culture as well as current and upcoming Raleigh/Durham events. Additionally, as Assistant Program Director, he will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the station’s music, on-air personalities, programming, promotions and digital operations. Jordan will report to Trevor Morini, Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Raleigh and A.J., Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Charlotte and Raleigh.

Jordan brings over six years of experience to his new role. He most recently served as Afternoon Show Host and Digital Content Assistant for Q92 in Canton, OH. In addition, he previously served as an On-Air Talent for Candy 95 in College Station, TX.
