KFMB 100.7 JACK FM Has a New Program Director


KFMB Station’s Vice President and General Manager, Gina Landau appoints Mike O’Reilly as the new Program Director for 100.7 Jack FM.

Landau, announces this move with excitement: “Mike O’Reilly will be joining KFMB Stations as the next in a long line of exceptional Program Directors for 100.7 FM. Mike’s experience with the origin and growth of the JACK brand puts him in a rare league. His desire to take the reigns of another JACK, coinciding with our search is our luck indeed!”

O’Reilly has worked with JACK since the format’s (American) inception in 2004, as the Program Director of KCJK in Kansas City. O’Reilly was one of the first program directors to take the format to #1 in 25-54 Adults; and, he assisted with the launch of the JACK brand at WJJK (Indianapolis). O’Reilly will be leaving his post as an independent consultant for SparkNet, (the U.S. license holder of the JACK format), where he has been using his expertise to coach JACK stations throughout the country.

O’Reilly and his wife Melissa will be leaving Kansas City for the San Diego sun, sand, and JACK on August 20, 2007.
