He is known as the “Sylkiest Man in Radio.” TV and Radio personality Sam Sylk has returned to where it all began–WENZ / Z1079 Cleveland! A Radio One station!

Sam’s unique style, attractive vocal tone and ability to “connect” with his listeners has allowed Sam to sit in the very same chair as Tom Joyner and Doug Banks. Sam hosted the #1 weekly radio show from 2p-6p on Chicago’s WGCI from 2002-2006….the very same show previously hosted by both Tom Joyner and Doug Banks! Sylk then traveled to the city of brotherly love where he hosted the morning show on Power 99 WUSL in Philadelphia! Now, Sam returns to “The Land” on September 11, 2007, and will host the Monday-Friday, 2p-7p time period. Sam’s hot flare has become the “Sylky Style” that made him famous in the City of Cleveland and in Chicago. The Sam Sylk Show is an all access pass to the entertainment industry. The show also includes a special segment entitled the “Radio View” which features the industry’s hottest, most popular entertainers, live and in person in the radio station with Sam Sylk conducting on-air interviews. Chris Forgy, VP/GM of Radio One said “all of us at Z1079 are delighted that we are able to secure Sam and return him to where he belongs, right here in Cleveland. Sam will make our entire on air team better.” Sam Sylk is also available for personal appearances, product endorsements, live broadcasts and TV appearances.

Plans are also in place to recreate the popular Sam Sylk TV show which originated on cable TV in Cleveland during the late 1990’s.
